All bookings for Shehnai Players, Royal Shehnai Groups, Nafeeri Players, Traditional Instrumental Bands, and other services are subject to availability. Final confirmation is provided only after advance payment and mutual agreement.
Event details such as date, time, venue, duration, and performance requirements must be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Any changes may be subject to additional charges.
Payments & Cancellation Policy
Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking. Remaining payment, if any, must be cleared before or on the day of the event.
Cancellation once confirmed may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance amount, depending on the nature and timing of cancellation.
